: A tragic incident occurred in Katra Police Station area of Muzaffarpur
district on the border of Darbhanga - Muzaffarpur district in Bihar in which 10 BSF Jawans sevierly injured while
going for election duty. Giving information, police sources said that a bus
carrying BSF personnel near Budhkara village on Sinwhada-Barri Kothi Road in
the district overturned. 9 BSF personell along with driver of the bus was
injured in the accident. All the injured have been admitted to a hospital in
Sinhwada where the condition of 3 jawans and the driver remains critical.
At the same time, BSF
company commander Vijay Bahadur said that the soldiers were coming to singhwada
in the district for election duty. Due to overcrowding, the bus moved past the
designated place, after which it had to be reversed. While reversing the bus,
the driver lost balance and the vehicle overturned into the pit. Meanwhile,
Medical officer incharge Dr. Premchand
told that the condition of all the soldiers is stable.
